摘  要:针对低温甲醇洗系统低温部分设备没有损伤机理的特殊工况及设备外部的保冷绝热材料不易拆装等特点,某煤化工企业采用基于风险的检验技术对低温甲醇洗系统实施了风险评估,并在2017年7月25日停车时对系统内42台压力容器和150条工业管道进行了有针对性检验,对损伤机理、腐蚀减薄等情况进行了验证。在现场的数据经过验证后,选取可靠的数据进行了风险再评估,结果表明:从基于风险的检验角度分析,该系统可继续运行至2021年7月25日。低温甲醇洗系统采用基于风险的检验,可控制整个系统的风险,降低检验和配合检验的工作量,缩短检验时间。In view of the special working condition that there was no damage mechanism on the low-temperature part of Rectisol equipment and the cold insulation materials outside the equipment were not easy to dismantle,a coal chemical enterprise adopted the risk-based inspection technology to carry out the risk assessment on the 42 pressure vessels and 150 industrial pipelines during the shutdown of Rectisol system on July 25,2017.And the targeted inspection of the equipment had been carried out.The damage mechanism and corrosion thinning were verified,and the reliable data was selected for risk reevaluation after verification of the field data.The results showed that the system could continue to operate till July 25,2021 from the perspective of risk-based inspection.The adoption of risk-based inspection had controlled the risk of the whole system,the workload of inspection and assistance had been reduced,and the inspection time had been shortened.
