摘 要:介绍了与6.5 MPa水煤浆气化工艺相匹配的绝热变换和控温变换两种变换工艺,对比了两种变换工艺的工艺流程、设备、催化剂、投资和运行情况等。结果表明:与绝热变换工艺相比,控温变换工艺流程简单,操控方便,设备数量少,占地面积小,催化剂使用数量少约20%,催化剂使用寿命延长约2 a,投资约为绝热变换的50%。The temperature control and adiabatic shift processes in the 6.5 MPa coal water slurry gasification process were introduced.The process flow,equipment,catalyst,investment and operation of these two processes were compared.The results showed that compared with the adiabatic shift process,the temperature control shift process had the advantages of simple process,easy operation,small number of equipment,and small floor space.And the amount of catalyst used was about 20%less,the service life of catalyst was extended by about 2 a,and the investment was reduced by about 50%.
