摘  要:能量散射X射线荧光光谱法(ED-XRF)是一种快速、实用的现场检测方法,但是使用ED-XRF直接检测水中微量的Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd元素仍无法完成。本实验建立了一种ED-XRF快速检测水中微量的铜锌镉铅的方法:通过对蒙脱石改性制备钠基蒙脱石,以钠基蒙脱石粉末为吸附剂,富集水中的Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd元素后进行EDXRF检测。在最佳实验参数条件下建立标准工作曲线,工作曲线线性拟合良好,Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd元素检出限分别为1.53、1.39、2.57、1.19μg/L。对浓度均为50μg/L的试样连续测定5次,相对标准偏差最高8.29%。利用本方法对未知水样进行检测,所测结果与ICP-MS测量结果相符。Detection of trace Cu,Zn,Pb and Cd in water by ED XRF cannot be completed directly.However,using sodium montmorillonite powder as adsorbent,Cu,Zn,Pb,and Cd in water can be enriched and detected by ED XRF.Establishing the standard working curve under optimal experimental parameters conditions,the linear fitting of the working curve was good.The detection limits of Cu,Zn,Pb and Cd were 1.53μg/L,1.39μg/L,2.57μg/L and 1.19μg/L,respectively.The sample with concentration of 50μg/L was continuously detected for 5 times,the highest relative standard deviation was 8.29%.Unknown water samples were detected by this method,the detection results were consistent with the ICP-MS measurement results.
