摘  要:介绍了采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定催化剂中铂、钯元素的方法,进行了样品前处理方法试验,考察了溶样试剂、样品状态等的影响,确定样品经灼烧后采用盐酸、硝酸溶解,进行了光谱仪仪器工作参数和待测元素分析线的选择试验,确定了仪器最佳工作条件。考察了基体和共存元素对待测元素的影响,确定了铂和钯各待测元素分析线分别为Pt 265.94nm、Pd 340.45nm。通过基体匹配消除基体的影响,实现了用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定催化剂中铂、钯元素的含量。加入回收试验的回收率在98%~102%之间,相对标准偏差小于2%。The sample was decomposed by mixed acid(HCL,HNO3),the selection experiments of in-strument parameters and analysis lines were carried out,the optimal working conditions of instrument were determined.The effect of matrix and coexist elements on the determination was studied.The analysis lines were Pt265.94 nm,Pd340.45 nm,respectively.The matrix effect was eliminated by matrix matc-hing,the recovery rate was from 98%to 102%,the RSD was less than 2%.
