摘 要:沉默信息调节因子3(SIRT3)是一种依赖于烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸的组蛋白去乙酰化酶,主要定位于线粒体。SIRT3的主要功能是对线粒体的结构和功能进行调节。急性肾损伤(AKI)主要影响肾小管,管状细胞富含线粒体,故肾小管线粒体的改变是AKI发生、发展的重要标志。另外,慢性肾脏病和肾脏衰老也与线粒体损伤有关。SIRT3通过维持线粒体结构和功能的稳定在肾脏疾病中发挥保护作用。未来,应深入研究SIRT3在肾脏疾病中参与的信号通路以及分子靶点,以为临床肾脏疾病的治疗提供新方法。Silence information regulator 3(SIRT3)is a nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide dependent histone deacetylase,which is mainly located in mitochondria.Its main function is to regulate the structure and function of mitochondria.Acute kidney injury(AKI)mainly affects renal tubules,which are rich in mitochondria.The change of mitochondria in renal tubules is an important sign of the occurrence and development of AKI.In addition,chronic kidney disease and renal aging are also related to mitochondrial damage.SIRT3 plays a protective role in renal diseases by maintaining the stability of mitochondrial structure and function.In the future,it is necessary to study the signal pathway and molecular target of SIRT3 in renal diseases in depth,so as to provide a new method for the clinical treatment of renal diseases.
