摘  要:胎盘间充质干细胞(PMSC)是一种新型种子细胞,具有强大的自我复制能力和多向分化潜能,为临床多种难治性疾病的治疗带来了希望。卵巢早衰的高发病率严重影响育龄期女性的身心健康,其发病原因主要与自身免疫性疾病和化疗药物有关,其发病机制尚不清晰,临床上现有的治疗手段大多为激素疗法,以改善患者症状为主,并没有从根本上解决卵巢受损的问题。随着对PMSC研究的深入,众多学者对PMSC治疗卵巢早衰表现出了极大的兴趣,PMSC治疗卵巢早衰的机制可能与磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/蛋白激酶B信号通路、肌醇需求酶1α信号通路、沉默信息调节因子1/过氧化物酶体增殖物活化受体γ共激活因子1α/核因子E2相关因子2信号通路和线粒体氧化应激通路密切相关。Placental mesenchymal stem cells(PMSC)are a new type of seed cells.Because of their strong self-replication ability and multi-directional differentiation potential,they have brought hope to many clinically refractory diseases.The high incidence of premature ovarian failure severely affects the physical and mental health of women of childbearing age.The cause is mainly related to autoimmune diseases and chemotherapy drugs,and the mechanism is still unclear.Most of the existing clinical treatments are hormone therapy to improve the symptoms and do not fundamentally address the problem of ovarian damage.With the deepening of research on PMSC,many scholars have shown great interest in PMSC in the treatment of premature ovarian failure.The therapeutic mechanism of PMSC is closely related to phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/protein kinase B signal pathway,inositol-requiring enzyme 1α signal pathway,silent information regulator 1/peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorγcoactivator 1α/nuclear factor-E2 related factor 2 signal pathway and mitochondrial oxidative stress pathway.
