极速脉搏波技术评估系统性红斑狼疮患者颈动脉弹性的研究

摘　　要：目的探究极速脉搏波技术在评估系统性红斑狼疮患者颈动脉弹性的价值,以期尽早发现颈动脉管壁的病变。方法选取50例SLE患者及20例健康志愿者为对照组进行颈动脉内中膜厚度及ufPWV的检查。将入组患者分为轻度活动组及中重度活动组,对比各组间各参数的差异,分析各参数与一般资料的相关性。结果与对照组相比,各组IMT差异均无统计学意义,SLE组ufPWV参数增高(P<0.05),其中轻度活动组ufPWV参数差异无统计学意义,中重度活动组ufPWV参数增高(P<0.05)。年龄在SLE组及中重度活动组中与IMT、ufPWV各参数均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论ufPWV可简单有效地评估SLE患者颈动脉弹性,为临床早期评价血管壁的病变提供了新的参考指标,具有一定的应用前景。Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the value of ultrafast pulse wave velocity(ufPWV)technology in evaluating carotid artery elasticity in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),in order to detect arteriosclerosis as early as possible.Methods Intima-media thickness(IMT)and ufPWV of 50 SLE patients and 20 healthy control patients were examed.Patients were divided into mild activity group and moderate and severe activity group,and the differences of parameters among each group were compared,also,the correlation between parameters and general data was analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,there was no statistically significant difference in IMT between the groups,and the ufPWV parameters increased in SLE group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in ufPWV parameters between the mild active group and the moderate and severe active group(P<0.05).Age was positively correlated with IMT and ufPWV in SLE group and moderate-severe activity group(P<0.05).Conclusion UfPWV can simply and effectively evaluate the stiffness of carotid artery in patients with SLE,which provides a new reference index for early clinical evaluation of vascular wall changes,and has a certain application prospect.
