摘　　要：本文分析了基于思政教育的高校共青团育人机制,并提出结合思政教育育人机制优化共青团工作的对策,希望对该领域研究工作有所助益。This paper analyzes the educational mechanism of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities based on ideological and political education,and puts forward countermeasures to optimize the work of the Communist Youth League in combination with the educational mechanism of ideological and political education,hoping to be helpful to the research work in this field.
