摘　　要：就业工作关系到千万大学生的人生价值与社会价值实现,关系到国计民生,可谓责任重大。当前企业招工难、大学生就业难屡屡成为社会普遍关注的民生问题,高职院校更是面临突出的问题,因此本文从就业指导部门角度,着眼就构建一套强有力就业生态系统进行阐述并提出对策建议。Employment is related to the realization of the values of life and society of tens of millions of college students,and to the national economy and the people’s livelihood.At present,the difficulty of recruiting enterprises and the difficulty of obtaining employment for college students have repeatedly become a livelihood issue of general concern in society,and higher vocational colleges are facing more prominent issues.Therefore,this paper focuses on the construction of a strong employment ecosystem from the perspective of employment guidance departments and provides corresponding countermeasures.
