摘  要:校企协同育人是现代高职院校的发展方向。为切实达到国家提出的职业教育育人目标,培养出行业企业所期望的人才。通过在行业企业的广泛调研,企业用人的期望值是职业教育能培养出具有良好职业品质、扎实的专业基础,能扎根一线,并能随着产业升级及时转型的受欢迎的人。因此,高等职业院校应当在课程体系设置上做出变革,将原有的以岗位技术培养为导向改变为以高素质的复合型技术技能人才培养为导向的课程设置。本文以高职工程管理类专业为例,提出了校企协同育人背景下课程体系重构的思路。School-enterprise collaborative education is the development direction of modern higher vocational colleges.In order to achieve the goal of vocational education put forward by the state,the talents expected by the industry enterprises are cultivated.Through the extensive research in the industry enterprises,the enterprise employment expectation is that the vocational education can cultivate a good vocational quality,a solid professional foundation,can take root in the front line,and with the industrial upgrading timely transformation of the popular people.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should make changes in the curriculum system setting,and change the original curriculum setting which is oriented by post technology training into the curriculum setting which is oriented by the cultivation of high-quality compound technical talents.Taking engineering management as an example,this paper puts forward the idea of curriculum system reconstruction under the background of school-enterprise collaborative education.
