腾冲高结合率混合铜矿选矿试验研究

摘　　要：腾冲某铜矿为高结合率混合铜矿,其中结合氧化铜相的铜含量为0.20%,分布率高达25.97%,同时含有大量的碳酸盐脉石矿物,无法采用常规的氨浸和酸浸来处理该氧化铜矿。经过磨矿细度试验、药剂种类和用量试验等发现,在采用新型调整剂LZ-01和AMD-03的基础上加入常规的硫化钠、硫酸铵、异戊基黄药等可最终获得铜品位为8.32%,回收率为46.17%的铜精矿,其中硫化铜相的回收率为80.17%,游离氧化铜相的回收率为51.03%。One copper ore in Tengchong is a kind of copper ore with high binding rate,the copper content with copper oxide phase is 0.20%,the distribution ratio can reach up to 25.97%,it also contains a lot of carbonates gangue mineral,therefore the conventional ammonia leaching and acid leaching can not be used for treatment of the copper oxide ore.On the basic of adoption of new type regulator LZ-01 and AMD-03,and addition of sodium sulphide,ammonium sulphate,sodium isoamylxanthate and so on in the process of ore grinding fineness test,reagent type test and dosage test,we can finally got the copper concentrate with 8.32%copper grade,46.17%recovery rate;the recovery rate of copper sulfide phase is 80.17%,the reovery rate of dissociative copper oxide phase is 51.03%.
