摘　　要：在深入调研区域新兴经济发展对大数据应用技术人才需求的基础上,围绕区域新兴经济发展和产业结构调整需要,探索一条学校、政府、企业、国际合作共同参与的专业随区域新兴经济发展的动态调整机制。以面向未来发展的理念,制定数据科学与大数据技术专业发展规划,构建政、校、企和国际合作共同体,推进工程实践教育的大力实施,培养适应区域新经济发展的高素质、高层次、国际化的“三创型”大数据应用技术人才,从而形成地方应用型本科高校数据科学与大数据技术专业的办学特色。Based on deeply investigating the demands of big data application technology talents in the development of regional emerging economy,focusing on the development of regional emerging economy and the needs of industrial structure adjustment,we explore a dynamic adjustment mechanism about the participation of schools,governments,enterprises and international universities.With a view to the future development we lay out the professional development plan of data science and big data technology and build a cooperation community among the governments,school,enterprises and international universities.The proposed method can promote the vigorous implementation of engineering practice education,cultivate the high-quality,high-level and international big data application technology talents with three innovative spirits to adapt to the development of regional emerging economy so as to form the distinctive characteristics of data science and big data technology in the local application-oriented undergraduate universities.
