摘 要:采用简单的水热法一步反应合成纳米CuO系列,研究了不同合成时间和不同合成反应物摩尔浓度比合成的纳米CuO对活性艳红染料废水的催化降解性能。结果表明:合成反应物中醋酸铜与过氧化钠摩尔浓度比相同时,合成时间越长,CuO(Ⅲ)催化降解性能越好;合成时间相同时,醋酸铜与过氧化钠摩尔浓度比较小时,CuO(Ⅴ)催化降解性能较好。活性艳红染料的去除率随着纳米CuO投加量的增加而增大。处理10 mL浓度为20mg/L活性艳红染料废水时,纳米CuO的最佳投加量为14 mg,最佳催化降解时间为100 min,1 g CuO(Ⅴ)可催化降解废水中活性艳红染料的量为13.88 mg。A series of nano CuO were synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method.The catalytic degradation of reactive brilliant red dye wastewater by nano CuO with different synthesis time and molar concentration ratio was studied.The results show that when the molality ratio of copper acetate and sodium peroxide is the same in the synthetic reactants,the longer the synthesis time is,the better the catalytic degradation performance of CuO(Ⅲ)is;when the synthesis time is the same,the morality of copper acetate and sodium peroxide is small,and the catalytic degradation performance of CuO(Ⅴ)is better.The removal efficiency of reactive brilliant red dye increases with the increase of CuO dosage.In the treatment of 20mg/L reactive brilliant red dye wastewater with 10 ml concentration,the optimal dosage of nano CuO is 14 mg,the optimal catalytic degradation time is 100 min,and the amount of reactive brilliant red dye in the wastewater with 1g CuO(V)is 13.88 mg.
