摘　　要：随着我国皮肤外科的迅速发展,越来越多的浅表组织手术都逐步纳入到皮肤外科的业务范畴。其中,静脉外科(包括与浅表静脉相关的多种有创治疗方式)正被越来越多的皮肤外科医师所认识与接受。然而,鲜为人知的是,从世界范围来看,皮肤外科和静脉外科的关系源远流长。在静脉外科的发展历史上,皮肤外科起到了十分重要的支持作用。同时,随着现代医学对于微创、精准等要求的提高,静脉外科通过引入腔内介入技术、硬化剂注射等治疗方式,逐步取代传统手术,迎来了新的发展契机。Due to the rapid development of Chinese dermatologic surgery,increasing superficialtissue surgery are operated in dermatology department.The phlebology,which include many invasive methods related with superficial veins,is also applied by more dermatological surgeons.However,the history of the relationship between dermatologic surgery and phlebology is seldomly known.Furthermore,according to increasing demand of minimally invasive and precise therapy,phlebology is on a highspeed road of development.By applying endovenous intervention,sclerotherapy and other microinvasive treatment,the trend of replacing traditional surgery seems to be the new opportunity of phlebology.
