摘  要:目的展示埋没成角褥式缝合法关闭并列形缺损的临床效果。方法选择10例本科门诊中出现并列皮损(如纹身、痤疮瘢痕、色素痣等)的患者,在局部浸润麻醉下,沿边缘切除皮损,保留皮损之间的正常岛状皮肤及其皮下组织备用,采用埋没成角褥式缝合闭合缺损。结果10例患者术后恢复良好,切口均达到一期愈合,遗留细线状瘢痕。结论应用埋没成角褥式缝合法闭合并列形缺损,可以最大限度保留正常皮肤,缓解缺损闭合的张力,有助于减少术后瘢痕的形成,并获得良好的美容效果。Objective To demonstrate the result of the Buried Angled Mattress Suture operated in paratactic skin lesions.Methods We screened out ten out-patients in our dermatology department who have paratactic skin lesions,such as tattoo,acne scars,nevus,etc.After local blocking anesthesia,excise the lesions along their border,retain the normal skin between the paratactic lesions to form a skin bridge,then we use the Buried Angled Mattress Suture to close the lesions.Results The ten patients have recovered well,and all the incisions have been healed by first intention,fine linear scars left.Conclusion Application of the buried angled mattress suture in paratactic skin Iesions can retain the normal skin to the greatest extent,relax the tension caused by suturing the wounds on both sides,inhibit the scar forming,help to achieve a better aesthetic effect.
