摘 要:本研究采用二代测序技术对银鲴肝脏组织转录组进行测序和基因功能分析。结果共获得7.55 Gb原始数据,组装后得到70732条Transcript和43346条Unigene,平均长度分别为1173.01 bp和996.83 bp。对Unigene在Nr、GO和KOG数据库分别进行功能注释,分别有25738(59.38%)条、17844(41.17%)条、16518(38.11%)条Unigene序列成功注释。经KEGG代谢通路分析可分5大类共175个代谢通路。转录组数据经鉴定共得到4789个微卫星标记和462621个单核苷酸多态性标记。上述工作为深入开展银鲴分子标记遗传育种和种质资源保护等研究提供了重要的基础数据。In this study,the transcriptome of the Xenocypris argentea's liver was sequenced and gene function was analyzed by the second-generation sequencing technology.The results showed that 7.55 Gb of the original data was obtained.De novo assembly generated 70732 transcripts and 43346 Unigenes,with the average lengths of 1173.01 bp and 996.83 bp,respectively.25738(59.38%),17844(41.17%)and 16518(38.11%)unigenes were annotated in Nr,GO and KOG Database.In KEGG database,unigenes were classified into 5 types of basal metabolic pathway which could be divided into 175 classes according to the metabolic pathway.4789 SSR markers and 462621 SNP markers were identified in this transcriptomic data.The above work would provide the important basic data for further research on molecular marker genetics,breeding and germplasm conservation of X.argentea.
