摘 要:脲酶具有解尿素的能力并为植物生长提供氮源。脲酶产生微生物是土壤中脲酶的主要生产者,属于功能有益种群微生物,因此,整理脲酶产生菌的名录具有实际意义并且很有必要。本研究分离鉴定出了来自贵州喀斯特地貌土壤中的23个属的已知的79种产脲酶的细菌,并对其中的21种细菌菌株的生理生化特性进行了系统鉴定。也发现了11个新记录的产脲酶的未知细菌种,并提供了相关菌种/菌株名录。这为深入研究该类菌的植物促生功能、相关功能机制奠定了良好的基础。据我们所知,这是首次对贵州喀斯特地貌土壤中脲酶产生细菌资源的研究整理。Urease can hydrolyze urea and provide nitrogen source for plant growth.Urease producing microorganism is the main producer of urease in soil,which belong to functional and beneficial population microorganisms.Therefore,it is of practical significance and necessary to sort out the list of urease producing bacteria.In this study,79 species of urease producing bacteria,belonging to 23 genera,from karst soil in Guizhou Province were isolated and identified,and the physiological and biochemical characteristics of 21 out of these 79 species were systematically identified.Eleven new records of unknown urease-producing species of bacteria were also found,and a list of related bacteria/strains was provided.This laid a good foundation for further study on the plant growth promoting function and related functional mechanism of this category of bacteria.As far as we know,this is the first time to study and sort out the urease producing bacteria resources in the soil of Guizhou Karst landform.
