摘 要:湛江等边金藻作为多种海洋经济动物的开口饲料,因此对其高密度养殖方法的研究尤为重要。为了探究湛江等边金藻高密度养殖的方法,本研究通过细胞密度、细胞大小、细胞干重以及叶绿素含量4项指标的测定,分析了酸碱度、盐度对湛江等鞭金藻(Isochrysis zhanjiangsis)生长的影响。结果表明,在酸碱度为7.5,盐度为23时,湛江等鞭金藻的细胞密度最大,细胞干重、大小及叶绿素含量最大,且生长速率最快,指数生长期长。本研究为实现湛江等鞭金藻简易条件下高密度培养,解决海洋经济动物幼体基础饵料缺乏的问题提供理论依据。As the prepared feed of many kinds of marine economic animals,the research on the method of high density feeding of Isochrysis zhanjiangsis is particularly important.In order to explore the method of high density feeding of Isochrysis zhanjiangsis,the effects of pH and salinity on the growth of Isochrysis zhanjiangsis were analyzed by measuring these four indexes of cell density,cell size,cell dry weight and chlorophyll content.In conclusion,the results showed that when the pH was 7.5 and the salinity was 23,the cell density was the highest,as well as its cell dry weight,size and chlorophyll content.At the same time,its growth rate was the fastest,with a much longer exponential growth period.This study provides a theoretical basis for realizing high density feeding of Isochrysis zhanjiangsis under a simple condition and solving the problem of lack of basic feed for marine economic animal larvae.
