摘  要:探讨Delphi法和综合考评法在医学生职业素养评价指标体系中的应用。通过政策指引、文献查阅和调查研究构建评价体系框架,经过三轮Delphi法确定指标体系初稿,运用综合考评法进一步筛选和测试指标条目,建立医学生职业素养综合评价指标体系。三轮专家咨询的权威程度均值分别是0.814、0.825、0.878,指标重要性程度均值分别是3.446、3.661、3.815,一致性程度均值分别是0.278、0.249、0.422;学生调查问卷综合运用变异系数法、指标共线分析法、一致性系数法、相关性分析、因子分析等方法筛选指标条目,最终形成由5个一级指标、13个二级指标、60个指标观测点组成,建立了科学有效的医学生职业素养评价体系,对有效评价和提升国内医学生职业素养具有重要意义。Objective To explore the application of Delphi and comprehensive evaluation methods in the index system of medical students’professionalism evaluation.Methods The evaluation system framework was constructed by policy guidance,literature review and investigation.And the comprehensive evaluation system for medical students’professional quality was formed with Delphi method and comprehensive evaluation method.Results The mean value of authority of expert consultation in three rounds was 0.814,0.825 and 0.878,respectively.The mean value of indexes’importance was 3.446,3.661 and 3.815,respectively.And the mean value of consistency was 0.278,0.249 and 0.422,respectively.The methods of coefficient of variation,collinear analysis of indicators,coefficient of consistency,correlation analysis,factor analysis and other methods were used to screen the index items.And the comprehensive evaluation system was formed,consisting of 5 first-level indexes,13 second-level indicators and 60 observation points.Conclusion The scientific and effective evaluation system of medical students’professionalism has been developed,which is significant to effective evaluation and improvement of domestic medical students’professionalism.
