摘 要:为了研究降香黄檀(Dalbergiaodorifera T.Chen)对水淹、盐、水淹-盐组合胁迫耐受程度以及生理生态响应,设计了4个实验对照(CKM)、水淹(水淹高度5 cm;WM)、盐处理(200 mM NaCl;SM)和水淹-盐组合(100 mM NaCl;SWM).结果显示经过6 d处理,3种胁迫处理均降低了叶片气孔导度gs、净光合速率Pn、水势Ψl和相对含水量;在植株叶片激素水平上,生长素在WM中呈下调、在SM中呈上调状态,脱落酸在3个处理组均上调,玉米素核苷在SM和SWM中呈下调状态,赤霉素在WM中上调.除此之外,叶片激素水平的胁迫响应具有处理差异性.经过30 d处理,SM和SWM处理条件下的降香黄檀幼苗存活率分别为83.33%和66.67%.此外,幼苗能经历130 d的水淹完全存活.In the report,to test the tolerance and eco-physiological responses of Dalbergia odorifera T.Chen.,to salt condition,waterlogging with tap water,and salt water,four treatment experiments were designed and performed,the control(CKM);waterlogging with tab water(5 cm above the soil surface;WM);salt treatment(200 mM NaCl;SM),and waterlogging with salt water(100 mM NaCl;SWM).The results showed that after 6 day treatments,all stress conditions decrease the leaf stomatal conductance gs,net photosynthetic rate Pn,leaf water potentialΨl,and relative water content;at the level of leaf phytohormone,the content of auxin was downregulated in WM and upregulated in SM,the content of abscisic acid was upregulated in all treatments,the content of zeatin riboside was downregulated in SM and SWM,and the content of gibberellin was upregulated in WM.Besides,these responses regarding phytohormone are treatment-specific.On the 30th day of the experiment,the survival ratio of the seedlings in SM and SWM was 83.33%and 66.67%,respectively;All seedlings in WM survived after 130 day treatment.
