摘　　要：首先分析指出2019年商贸物流创新变革加速,市场结构不断优化调整,物流效率稳步提升的基本特征,重点分析商贸物流领域中网络零售和外卖配送物流保持高速增长,冷链物流供需两旺,资本助力加速布局,电商物流保持增长,农村电商加快农业产业化数字化改造等突出亮点。在综合考虑国内外经济形势,新冠肺炎疫情蔓延趋势、政策援助措施力度、供应链恢复进度等因素的基础上,预测商贸物流呈收敛式增长。In this paper,we first analyzed the basic characteristics of the commercial logistics sector in China in year 2019 such as accelerated innovation and reform,continuous optimization and adjustment of market structure,and steadily improved efficiency,and then focused on the highlights in its development during this period including rapid growth of online retail and takeaway delivery,increase on both the supply and demand ends for cold chain logistics,increasing capital influence,sustained e-commerce logistics growth,accelerated industrial and digital transformation of agriculture with the help of rural e-commerce,etc.At the end,based on a comprehensive consideration of domestic and foreign economic situations,the spread of the 2019-Covid Pandemic,the intensity of policy support,and the extent of supply chain recovery,etc.,we predicted that commercial logistics would show a pattern of convergent growth in 2020.
