提高口岸通关能力对策分析——以甘其毛都口岸为例

摘　　要：甘其毛都口岸在运营过程中,受交通运输基础设施及管理模式等因素的限制,存在作业效率低下、环境污染严重等问题。研究中结合甘其毛都口岸存在的主要问题,对比分析铁路口岸、公路口岸优缺点及其适用性,提出在口岸设置综合物流保税区的建议,并分析采用无人驾驶汽车、皮带传输、集装箱滚装运输等方式实现散货过境运输的可行性,以实现甘其毛都口岸绿色、高效、健康发展。Due to the limitation of transportation infrastructure and management mode,Ganqimaodu port suffers from many problems in its operation such as low operation efficiency,serious environmental pollution and so on.In this paper,we compared and analyzed the advantages,disadvantages and applicability of the railway port and highway port,proposed to set up a comprehensive logistics bonded area in Ganqimaodu port,and analyzed the feasibility of bulk cargo cross-border transport by way of pilotless vehicles,belt transmission,and container roll-on roll-off transport etc.,to realize the green,efficient and healthy development of Ganqimaodu port.
