摘 要:以南昌地区某形状不规则、周边环境保护要求高、开挖范围内存在深厚微承压含水层的深大基坑工程为例,通过对CSM工法等厚度水泥土搅拌墙的工艺流程、施工参数和技术措施进行改进,最终取得了较好的实施效果。钻孔取芯检测结果显示,28 d无侧限抗压强度普遍达到1.0 MPa以上,基坑实施期间坑外水位变幅小,有效地解决了该复杂地层条件下深基坑工程的封闭隔水问题。总结的应用方法对南昌地区类似工程项目有一定的借鉴作用。Taking a deep and large foundation pit project with irregular shape, high environmental protection requirements, deep-thick micro-confined aquifer in the excavation area of Nanchang as an example, the process flow, construction parameters and technical measures of cement soil mixing wall with CSM construction method for equal thickness cement soil mixing wall were improved, and the better implementation effect was finally achieved. The test results of core drilling specimens showed that the unconfined compressive strength of 28 d generally reached more than 1.0 MPa, and the variation of water level outside the pit was small during the implementation of the foundation pit, which effectively solved the problem of water isolation in the deep foundation pit under the condition of complex stratum. The application method summarized can be used as reference for similar projects in Nanchang area.
