摘 要:针对某易地扶贫搬迁建设项目基础施工时存在深、厚卵石层(夹杂粒径20~100 cm的漂石)的情况,通过施工方案的改进、优化,解决了旋挖成孔工效低、成本高的问题。施工中通过“旋挖+冲孔”“合金钻齿”“牙轮钻”这3种工艺改进方案的实践,并进行现场施工工效、经济效益比选,得出“合金钻齿”方案效果较佳。经实施,桩基础质量可控,既提高了工效,又节约了成本,取得了良好的社会及经济效益,可为类似工程提供依据和借鉴。In view of the deep and thick cobble layer(mixed with boulders with a particle size of 20–100 cm) existing in the foundation construction of a relocation project for poverty alleviation, through the improvement and optimization of the construction scheme, the problems of low efficiency and high cost of rotary drilling are solved. In the construction, through the practice of three process improvement schemes, i.e., "rotary drilling + punching", "alloy drilling cutter" and "roller drilling", and through the comparison and selection of the site construction work efficiency and economic benefit, it is concluded that the effect of "alloy drilling cutter" scheme is better. After implementation, the quality of pile foundation is controllable, which not only improves the work efficiency, but also saves the cost, and achieves good social and economic benefits, which can provide support and reference for similar projects.
