摘 要:根据以往基坑施工对周边房屋影响的工程经验,结合砖木结构保护建筑的自身特点,提出预加固措施。预加固措施采用上部设置钢结构支撑构架,以提高上部结构抵御不均匀沉降变形的能力,下部设置筏板+锚杆静压桩托换基础,以抵御因土体扰动造成的.上拱和凹陷变形,并将两部分加固措施联系起来,以提高房屋的整体稳定性。根据沉降监测数据,房屋沉降量较类似工程减小,后期变形减小,且未出现新增结构性裂缝,表明预加固措施对控制基坑施工影响起到了良好的效果。Based on the previous experience of the influence of foundation pit construction on the surrounding buildings,combined with the brick and wood structure protective buildings'own characteristics,the pre-reinforcement measures are proposed.In the pre-reinforcement measures,the upper part is provided with a steel structure support frame to improve the ability of the superstructure to resist uneven settlement deformation,and the lower part is provided with raft+anchor static pressure pile underpinning to resist the upper arch and depression deformation caused by soil disturbance.The two parts of reinforcement measures are connected to improve the overall stability of the building.According to the settlement monitoring data,the settlement of the building is smaller than that of similar projects,the later deformation is also smaller,and no new structural cracks appear,indicating that the pre-reinforcement measures have a good effect on the control of foundation pit construction.
