摘 要:为使高层房屋建筑工程施工期间的电梯井不再是安全陷阱,以及提高井道每层剪力墙的施工质量,创新提出于主体施工期间在楼层同标高处增设电梯井临时混凝土薄板的技术措施,并分析和总结了该措施的工艺要点。实施结果表明,通过增设混凝土薄板,既减少了电梯井口的安全陷阱,又提高了剪力墙的施工质量,同时成本不增反降,可为类似工程提供良好的借鉴与参考。In order to make the elevator shaft during the construction of high-rise buildings no longer be a safety trap,and improve the construction quality of each floor of the shaft shear wall,the technical measures of adding temporary concrete thin plate in elevator shaft at the same elevation of the floor during the main construction period are proposed innovatively.The technical points of the measures are analyzed and summarized.The implementation results show that adding concrete thin plate can not only reduce the safety trap of elevator wellhead,but also improve the construction quality of shear wall.At the same time,the cost is declining instead of rising,which can provide a good reference for similar projects.
