摘  要:以埃及新首都CBD项目中高386m的Iconic Tower为研究对象,主要从施工图优化和计算参数优化2个角度出发,展示了海外超高层项目建造优化设计的全过程。基于Etabs软件,采用参数化数值分析的手段,通过大量数据,提出了混凝土梁优化、预埋件优化、钢管混凝土纵筋优化、交叉暗梁优化、伸臂桁架整体优化、连梁高度优化、海外标准的计算参数优化等方案,以实现建筑功能优化、施工成本控制、施工便利性提高、工期缩短的价值工程控制目标,真实完整地再现了海外超高层建造项目优化设计实施中的关键内容和策略,可为类似海外超高层项目的优化设计实施提供借鉴作用。Taking the 386 m high landmark tower in the CBD project of Egypt new capital as the research object,this paper mainly presents the whole process of the construction optimization design of overseas super high-rise project from the two aspects of construction drawing optimization and calculation parameter optimization.Based on Etabs software and by means of parametric numerical analysis,through a large number of data,this paper puts forward the overall schemes for optimization of concrete beams,embedded parts,longitudinal steel bars of concrete filled steel tubes,cross hidden beams,integrated outrigger truss,coupling beam height and calculation parameters of overseas standards,etc.,so as to achieve the value engineering control objectives of building function optimization,construction cost control,construction convenience improvement and shorter construction period,which truly and completely reproduces the key contents and strategies in the optimization design and implementation of overseas super high-rise construction projects and can provide reference for the optimization design and implementation of similar overseas super high-rise projects.
