摘  要:双层车道盾构隧道的全预制拼装可以有效提高隧道内部结构的施作效率与质量。上层车道板通常与托梁同时预制,然后置于支承立柱并后浇连接。后浇接头是影响结构性能和施工效率的关键部位,因此,有必要研究该预制装配结构后浇连接方式及其性能。为验证该后浇接头连接的可靠性,本研究设定不考虑接头处柱的承载以及板的影响,进.行预制装配梁5种后浇连接方案的抗弯承载力试验,评价后浇节点的初裂荷载、裂缝发展、跨中挠度、破坏模式和承载能力。研究表明,特定连接方式装配梁的承载能力和破坏模式符合预期设计目标。The full prefabrication and assembly of double lane shield tunnel can effectively improve the construction efficiency and quality of the internal structure of the tunnel.The upper lane slab is usually prefabricated at the same time as the joist,and then placed in the supporting column and connected by post pouring.The post cast joint is the key part that affects the structural performance and construction efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to study the post cast connection mode and performance of the prefabricated structure.In order to verify the reliability of the joint,this research set up the bending capacity test of five post cast connection schemes of prefabricated beam without considering the bearing capacity of the column at the joint and the influence of the slab,and evaluated the initial crack load,crack development,mid span deflection,failure mode and bearing capacity of the joint.The results show that the load-carrying capacity and failure mode of the beam assembled with special connection mode meet the expected design objectives.
