摘　　要：虚拟助手是重要的监管科技实践应用,人工智能等技术赋予虚拟助手强大的语义分析和数据处理能力。在智能客服领域,机器问答虚拟助手能够分析用户的意图、实时回复用户的疑问、改善用户体验。在日常业务领域,虚拟助手可以促进现有业务流程的自动化转型,以缓解人员需求、降低时间成本。在法规查询解释领域,虚拟助手能够实现监管法规的存储和更新,并通过语义分析对法规进行解释。在今后的发展中,虚拟助手技术要进一步挖掘数据信息,帮助拓展监管边界;促进监管端机器可读法规的发布,完善法规更新管理措施;加强技术创新,注重隐私保护。Virtual asitant is an important practical application of regulatory technology.It has been giv-en powerful semantic analysis and data processing capabilities by technologies such as artificial inelligence,so as to answer users’questions,simplify daily work,interpret regulatory rules and promote the upgrading of tra-ditional regulatory compliance measures.In the field of intelligent customer service,virtual asitants can un-derstand the user's intention,respond to the user's queries in real time,and improve the user's experience.In the daily business area,virtual assistants can facilitate the automated transformation of existing business processes to reduce personnel needs and time costs.In the field of regulatory inquiry and interpretation,virtual assistants can realize the storage and update of regulations as well as interpret the regulations through semantic analysis.In the future,virtual assistants will show the following trends.firstly,excavate further information from data and help expand regulatory boundaries.Secondly,promote the isuance of machine-readable regu-lations by regulatory authorities,and improve regulations update management measures.Thirdly,promote technological innovation and pay attention to privacy protection.
