摘 要:随着桥梁建设的发展,B82MnQL和B87MnQL已不满足大跨度桥梁更高强度镀锌钢丝生产的要求。对试验钢的化学成分进行优化,采用2种冷却工艺生产φ13 mm盘条:快冷工艺盘条抗拉强度1310~1410 MPa,屈强比0.61~0.65,索氏体化率97%;慢冷盘条抗拉强度1240~1350 MPa,屈强比0.59~0.63,索氏体化率93%。盘条拉拔后半成品规格为?5.28 mm,镀锌后?5.35 mm,采用?13 mm高强度盘条生产1960 MPa级φ5.35 mm镀锌钢丝抗拉强度可以达到要求。With the development of bridge construction,B82 MnQL and B87 MnQL wire rods have not met requirements for production of high-strength galvanized steel wire for long-span bridge cables.The chemical composition of high carbon steel is optimized.Two cooling processes were used to produce diameter 13 mm wire rods.The tensile strength of wire rod in fast cooling process is 1310~1410 MPa,the yield ratio is 0.61~0.65,and the sorbite rate is 97%.The tensile strength of slow cooling wire rod is 1240~1350 MPa,the yield ratio is 0.59~0.63,and the sorbite rate is 93%.The diameter 13 mm wire rods were drawn to diameter 5.28 mm wires and then galvanized to diameter 5.35 mm.The strength of diameter 5.35 mm galvanized steel wire processed by fast cooling rod can reach 1960 MPa grade.
