摘　　要：结合辽宁省高速公路养护现状,通过分析“绩效托管公路养护”(简称PBC)、“道路综合养护总承包模式”(简称HCMC)和“全过程公路养护技术系统”(简称QGY)三种养护总承包模式的养护技术主线和合同模式,提出辽宁省高速公路养护总承包模式的建议。In combination with the current situation of expressway maintenance in Liaoning province,the suggestions on the general contracting mode of expressway maintenance in Liaoning province are put forward by analyzing the maintenance technology mainline and contract modes of three kinds of general contracting modes of maintenance like"performance custody highway maintenance"(hereinafter referred to as PBC),"general contracting mode of comprehensive maintenance of road"(hereinafter referred to as HCMC)and"maintenance technology system of whole process highway"(hereinafter referred to as QGY).
