摘  要:布袋除尘器作为一种高效的干式除尘器,在实际工程应用中存在一部分烟气流量分配不均、负载不平衡的问题,从而导致滤袋运行寿命过短、运行阻力偏大、运行成本偏高等一系列问题。进行了一些有关该方面的调研,讨论了CFD技术在该领域的应用能力。近年来,部分电厂基于CFD模拟技术开展了烟道改造工作,主要包括除尘器烟道入口截面形状、导流板的数量及形状、导灰板的形状及位置等,数值模拟结果表明通过对前述因素的改变,可以有效改善烟道内流场的不均匀特性,能够很好地解决烟气流量分配不均、负载不平衡的问题。工程实践表明,CFD技术能够对烟道优化设计起到很好的指导作用,CFD数值模拟结果可以作为烟道改造施工设计的依据。As a highly effective dry dust removal equipment,bag filter sometimes has problems such as flue gas flow rate ununiformity and load imbalance,and this may lead to short running life,large running resistance and high running cost.The research state about the problem is surveyed and the application capability of the CFD technology used in the domain is discussed.In recent years,a lot of power plants redesigned some flue gas ducts using CFD simulation,mainly including entrance section shape,guide plate quantity and shape,ash guide plate shape and position.The results of numerical simulation show that the variation of fore mentioned factors could be useful in improving the uniformity of the flue gas flow field,and the problem about flue gas flow rate ununiformity and load imbalance can be resolved.The results show that CFD technology can play great role in optimization of flue gas ducts,the numerical simulation result can be used as a guide for the optimization and design of flue gas ducts.
