摘 要:某电厂350 MW超临界四角切圆锅炉,长期掺烧劣质煤种和煤泥,燃用煤种严重偏离设计煤种,导致分隔屏过热器右侧汽温较左侧汽温长期偏高20~60℃和末级过热器出口蒸汽温度较设计值偏低10~30℃两个突出问题。分析问题产生的主要原因,并进行针对性的燃烧调整和运行优化,经过优化调整后,在260MW摸底工况下,分隔屏过热器出口汽温偏差控制在10℃左右,末级过热器出口蒸汽温度提高15.81℃,较设计参数低5.69℃。A 350MW supercritical quadrangled and tangential firing boiler,due to long-term mixing and burning of inferior coal and slime,the fired coal was seriously deviated from the designed coal,resulting in two prominent problems:the right side steam temperature of separator superheater is higher 20℃~60℃than the left side,the outlet steam temperature of the final superheater is 10℃~30℃lower than the designed value.The main causes of the problem is analyzed then carries out targeted combustion adjustment and operation optimization.After optimization and adjustment,under the working condition of 260MW,the steam temperature deviation at the outlet of the separator superheater was controlled at about 10℃,and the steam temperature at the outlet of the final superheater was increased by 15.81℃,5.69℃lower than the design parameters.
