摘  要:某上汽机型采用ATC自动启动方式,主要包含功率控制回路、压力控制回路、转速控制回路三种功能,并对三回路值取小后得出综合阀位。此种机型无阀位控制回路,而阀控可以在机组遇到某些紧急情况时,使汽机综合阀位保持,保障汽机的安全,防止非停事件的发生。除此,具有阀控功能的机组可以在协调侧采用更加灵活的方法,使机组顺利通过一次调频与变负荷考核。在保证原机组逻辑框架不变的情况下,考虑了诸多影响因素,实现了阀控的功能,这将使机组能更安全的运行。The Shanghai steam turbine adopts ATC automatic starting mode.It includes three control modes:power control loop,pressure control loop and speed control loop,and the integrated valve position is the minimum value of the three loops.This type of steam turbine has no valve control loop,but the integrated valve position of the turbine could keep constant by valve control loop when the unit encounters emergency situations,this will ensure the safety of the turbine and prevent the occurrence of non-stop events.In addition,the unit with valve control function can adopt more flexible methods in the coordination side,so that the unit can make the unit pass the primary frequency and variable load assessment smoothly,and increase the economic efficiency of the power plant.In this paper,the original control logical framework of unit is guaranteed,and many influencing factors are considered to realize the valve control function,which will make the unit safer and more economical.
