摘 要:气固反应制备莫来石晶须框架,通过真空浸渗将莫来石前驱体粉引入莫来石晶须框架中,经过1650℃烧结得到晶须框架强韧的多孔莫来石陶瓷,研究了框架结构的莫来石晶须对多孔莫来石陶瓷力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:晶须框架对多孔莫来石陶瓷的强韧化效果明显,其中气孔率为43.5%、晶须含量为90 wt%的晶须强韧陶瓷的增强效果最佳,强度提高了55%;70 wt%晶须含量、气孔率为28%的晶须强韧陶瓷增韧效果最佳,韧性值提高了134%。Mullite whisker frames were prepared by gas-solid reaction, mullite precursor powder was introduced into mullite whisker frame by vacuum infiltration, after sintering at 1650 ℃, the strong and tough porous mullite ceramics with whisker frame were obtained. The influence of mullite whiskers on mechanical properties of porous mullite ceramics was studied. The results showed that whisker frame has obvious effect on the strength and toughness of porous mullite ceramics, whisker ceramics had the best strengthening effect with a porosity of 43.5% and whisker content of 90 wt%, and the intensity increased by 55%. Whisker ceramics had the best toughening effect with whisker content of 70 wt% and porosity of 28% t, and the toughness value increased by 134%.
