摘 要:实验在中温快烧条件下制备(K,Na)2O-CaO-Al2O3-B2O3-TiO2-SiO2体系的半熔块分相乳浊釉,探究了碱性氧化物比例对其性能及结构的影响。实验结果表明:K2O/Na2O不变时,随RO占比提高,分相液滴的形成及长大受到抑制,导致其平均尺寸逐渐减小,体积分数先增大后减小,两相成分差异减小即两相折射率差值减小,从而降低釉面白度;R2O/RO不变时,K2O/Na2O比例提高致使分相平均尺寸增大,并且Ca、Ti元素富集于分相液滴的含量增加,两相成分差异增大即两相折射率差值增大,釉层对入射光的散射效应加强,从而提高釉面乳浊性能;釉中生成的金红石晶体及釉玻璃体中Ti4+浓度的增大,是导致釉面泛黄的主要原因。当K2O/Na2O为1/3,R2O/RO为5/5时,釉层中液滴平均尺寸最高达到254.6 nm,体积分数为46.10%,釉面白度高达82.11%。In this experiment,a semi-frit phase-separated opacifying glaze of(K,Na)2O-CaO-Al2O3-B2O3-TiO2-SiO2 system was prepared under fast-burning conditions at medium temperature,and the effect of alkaline oxides on its properties and structure were investigated.The results show that when K2O/Na2O is unchanged,with the increase of RO ratio,the formation and growth of phase-separated droplets are inhibited,resulting in gradual decrease in the average size,increase first and then decrease in volume fraction,decrease in the composition difference between the two phases,the difference in refractive index between the two phases is reduced,thereby reducing the glaze opacification performance.When R2O/RO is constant,the increase in the K2O/Na2O ratio causes the increase of the average droplet size,and the Ca and Ti elements are enriched in the content of phase-separated droplets,the difference in the two-phase composition increases,the difference in refractive index between the two phases increases,and the scattering effect of the glaze layer on incident light is enhanced,thereby improving the opaque performance of the glaze.The increase of rutile crystal generated in the glaze and the increase of Ti4+concentration in the glaze are the main reasons for the yellowing of the glaze.When K2O/Na2O is 1/3 and R2O/RO is 5/5,the average droplet size in the glaze is 254.6 nm,the volume fraction is 46.10%,and glaze whiteness is as high as 82.11%.
