摘  要:综述了石煤中钒的资源特性与回收工艺现状,围绕石煤中钒的全湿法酸浸回收工艺,结合不同工艺条件下的钒浸出反应过程控制因素及其动力学,分析了钒赋存状态、助浸剂、浸出工艺等对湿法酸浸钒回收过程的影响,阐明了含氟助浸剂、氧化剂及其复合助浸剂对钒湿法浸出的促进作用。通过钒在石煤中的赋存状态,指出了开发环保高效助浸剂并深入解析其浸出动力学以提高钒的浸出回收效率,开发浸出废液、渣的回收与资源化利用工艺是将来的研究重点,也是实现石煤中钒高效清洁回收的关键。The resource characteristics and recovery process status of vanadium in stone coal were reviewed.Focusing on the recovery process of vanadium in stone coal by hydrometallurgical acid leaching,and combined with the control factors and kinetics of vanadium leaching reaction process under different process conditions,the influences of vanadium occurrence state,leaching aid and leaching process on the vanadium recovery process by hydrometallurgical acid leaching were analyzed.The promotion effect of fluorine-containing leaching aid,oxidant and their compound on the hydrometallurgical leaching of vanadium was expounded.Based on the occurrence state of vanadium in stone coal,it is pointed out that the development of environmentally friendly and high-efficiency leaching aid and the in-depth analysis of its leaching kinetics to improve the leaching and recovery efficiency of vanadium,and the development of the recovery and recycling technology of leaching waste liquid and slag are the focus of future research and the key to realize the high-efficiency and clean recovery of vanadium in stone coal.
