摘  要:采用固体粉末包埋工艺在316L不锈钢双极板上沉积Cr2N涂层,通过动电位和恒电位极化测试研究了Cr2N涂层的耐腐蚀性,并测量了界面接触电阻(ICR)和接触角。结果表明,与316L不锈钢相比,在1100℃下沉积的Cr2N涂层表现出较好的物相形貌、耐腐蚀性和较低的ICR值;Cr2N涂层的腐蚀电流密度在0.84 V(vs.SHE)下约5.01×10^-8 A/cm^2,比316L不锈钢低了三个数量级;Cr2N涂层的ICR值在150 N/cm^2时为8.7 mΩ·cm2,约为316L不锈钢的1/8;Cr2N涂层致密、平滑、连续,其阻抗和相位角在电解质溶液中变化较小,能够阻止SO4^2-、F-向基底渗透,起到有效的防腐作用。此外,Cr2N涂层还可以改善双极板的疏水性,在沉积Cr2N涂层后,不锈钢双极板的接触角从79.7°提升到105.7°。Cr2N涂层是用于质子交换膜燃料电池的316L不锈钢双极板的理想保护层。Cr2N coatings were deposited on 316 L stainless steel bipolar plates by solid powder embedding process.The corrosion resistance of the coatings was investigated by potentiodynamic tests and potentiostatic polarization tests,and the interfacial contact resistance(ICR)and contact angle were also determined.The results show that compared with 316 L stainless steel,the Cr2N coating deposited at 1100℃shows better phase morphology and corrosion resistance and lower ICR value.The corrosion current density of the Cr2N coating is about 5.01×10^-8 A/cm^2 at 0.84 V(vs.SHE),which is three magnitude orders lower than that of 316 L stainless steel.Its ICR value is 8.7 mΩ·cm^2 at 150 N/cm^2,which is about 1/8 of 316 L stainless steel.The Cr2N coating is dense,smooth and continuous,and its impedance and phase angle change in the electrolyte solution is small,which can prevent SO2-4and F-from penetrating into the substrate and result in effective anticorrosion.Moreover,the Cr2N coating can also improve the hydrophobicity of the bipolar plate.After the Cr2N coating is deposited,the contact angle of the stainless steel bipolar plate increases from 79.7°to 105.7°.Thus,the Cr2N coating is an ideal protective layer for 316 L stainless steel bipolar plates used in proton exchange membrane fuel cells.
