摘　　要：目的研究天津市公安干警血尿酸(SUA)水平与颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)的相关性。方法选取2018年6月1日-12月1日在天津市公安医院进行健康查体的328名天津市公安干警作为研究对象,应用彩超测量其颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT),依据IMT分为CAS组162名和非CAS组166名,对研究对象进行体格检查和生化指标检测。结果CAS组腰围(WC)、BMI、SBP、DBP、TC、FPG、TG、LDL-C、SUA及Hcy均高于非CAS组,CAS组H DL-C低于非CAS组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多变量Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、血压水平、WC值、SUA水平、TG水平、FPG水平、吸烟和饮酒都是C A S的危险因素。结论随着SUA水平升高,患CAS的风险增加,二者呈明显相关性。Objective To study the correlation between serum uric acid(SUA)level and carotid atherosclerosis(CAS)in public security officers in Tianjin.Methods A total of 328 public security officers in Tianjin who came to Gongan Hospital in Tianjin for physical examination from June 1 to December 1,2018 were selected as the research subjects.The carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)was measured by color Doppler ultrasound.According to IMT,the subjects were divided into CAS group with 162 cases and non CAS group with 166 cases.The subjects were examined by physical examination and the detection of biochemical indexes.Results Waist circumference(WC),BMI,SBP,DBP,TC,FPG,TG,LDL-C,SUA and Hcy in CAS group were higher than those in non CAS group,while HDL-C in CAS group was lower than that in non CAS group,and the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the age,blood pressure level,WC value,SUA level,TG level,FPG level,smoking and drinking were risk factors for CAS.Conclusion With the increase of SUA level,the risk of CAS increased,and there was a significant correlation between the level of SUA and CAS in police population in Tianjin.
