摘　　要：大体积链段修饰的微纳米粒子能够增强有机硅树脂耐热及防腐性能,利用硅烷对二氮双酚芴表面进行接枝改性,将其与氧化石墨烯化学接枝,制备得到大体积链段改性氧化石墨烯.将改性氧化石墨烯作为填料添加到耐高温防腐涂料中,对涂料的力学性能、耐高温、耐盐雾性等进行测试分析.研究结果表明,添加改性氧化石墨烯可有效增强涂层耐热性能与耐蚀性能,当添加量为1.0%时,涂层综合性能最优.In this paper,large volume segments and micro-nanoparticles were introduced to enhance high temperature and corrosion resistance of the silicone resin.Firstly,diazobisphenol fluorene was modified by grafting silanized group on its surface,and then compounded with graphene oxide,so the large-volume segment modified graphene oxide was prepared.The modified graphene oxide was added as a filler to the silicone resin to obtain a high temperature resistant anticorrosive coating,then,the mechanical properties,high temperature resistance and salt spray resistance of the coating were tested.The results show that the modified graphene oxide can effectively enhance the heat resistance of the silicone resin material.When the amount of modified graphene oxide is 1.0%,the coating comprehensive properties is effectively improved.
