摘 要:目的分析某城镇地区孕妇TORCH感染血清抗体筛查结果,为优生优育提供参考依据。方法分析2017年8月-2018年12月于阳江市人民医院进行孕检的3866例孕妇临床资料,通过化学发光法定性检测孕妇血清中TORCH特异性IgM与IgG,对其筛查结果进行分析。结果3866例孕妇中巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染IgM阳性率1.71%,高于弓形体(TOX)感染IgM阳性率0.16%,高于风疹病毒(RUV)感染IgM阳性率0.26%,高于单纯疱疹病毒(HSVⅡ)感染IgM阳性率0.10%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);RUV与CMV感染IgG阳性率分别为89.83%、89.24%,高于TOX感染IgG阳性率2.48%,高于HSVⅡ感染IgG阳性率6.83%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年龄<35岁孕妇RUV、CMV、HSVⅡ感染IgM阳性率,TOX、RUV、HSVⅡ感染IgG阳性率与年龄≥35岁孕妇比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);年龄<35岁孕妇TOX感染IgM阳性率(0.07%)低于年龄≥35岁孕妇(0.40%),年龄<35岁孕妇CMV感染IgG阳性率(87.16%)低于年龄≥35岁孕妇(95.26%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同季节孕妇TORCH感染IgG以及IgM阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孕前或孕期进行TORCH感染血清抗体筛查,并实施早期干预,对预防胎儿不良结局具有积极意义。Objective To analyze serum antibody screening results of TORCH infection in pregnant women in a certain urban area,and provide reference for eugenics.Methods The clinical data of 3866 pregnant women who underwent pregnancy test in the hospital from August 2017 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.TORCH⁃specificity IgM and IgG in serum were qualitative detected by enzyme⁃linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The analysis was performed on screening results.Results In 3866 pregnant women,IgM positive rate of cytomegalovirus(CMV)infection was 1.71%,higher than that of toxoplasma(TOX)infection(0.16%),rubella virus(RUV)infection(0.26%)and herpes simplex virus(HSVⅡ)infection(0.10%)(P<0.05).The IgG positive rate of RUV and CMV infection was 89.83%and 89.24%,respectively,higher than that of TOX infection(2.48%)and HSVⅡinfection(6.83%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IgM positive rate of RUV,CMV or HSVⅡinfection between pregnant women age less than 35 years old and pregnant women age not less than 35 years(P>0.05).There was no significant differences in IgG positive rates of TOX,RUV or HSVⅡinfection between pregnant women age less than 35 years old and pregnant women age not less than 35 years(P>0.05).The IgM positive rate of TOX infection in pregnant women age less than 35 years old was lower than that of age not less than 35 years old(0.07%vs.0.40%)(P<0.05).The IgG positive rate of CMV infection in pregnant women age less than 35 years old was lower than that of age not less than 35 years old(87.16%vs.95.26%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IgG and IgM positive rate of TORCH infection in pregnant women in different seasons(P>0.05).Conclusion Conducting serum antibody screening of TORCH infection before pregnancy or during pregnancy period and early intervention should be significance in preventing adverse fetal outcomes.
