摘　　要：目的分析、评价广州市加强麻疹防控10年来,各项措施的效果。方法采用描述性流行病学方法,统计分析中国疾病预防控制系统数据及2006-2017年10年间疫情处理、监测的麻疹各项数据,评估各项措施对麻疹疫情控制的效果及麻疹流行特征的改变。结果加强防控10年间,麻疹发病呈现下降趋势;发病高峰集中在5-8月,近年发病季节性不明显;流动人口集中的地区麻疹病例数较多;目标儿童病例有所下降,且有麻疹疫苗免疫史病例增多;首诊采血率及实验室诊断率都逐年上升;10年间疫点应急接种措施及验证入学、4.25查漏补种周等专项活动对消除麻疹免疫空白人群起到了重要作用。结论广州市10年加强麻疹防控各项措施对降低麻疹发病率,加速消除麻疹进程起到了重要的作用。Objective To analyse and evaluate the effect of reinforce measles prevention and control for ten years in Guangzhou.Methods The data of measles treatment and monitoring from 2006 to 2017 were collected from the China′s disease prevention and control system and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological methods;the measures on measles epidemic control and changes in the characteristics of measles were also evaluated.Results Morbidity peak were focused on May to August and there were no obvious seasonal characteristic of resent years.There were more cases of measles in areas of more migrant population.The children cases of target were declined and most of them had immune history of measles vaccine.The blood sampling rate of initial diagnosis and the rate of laboratory diagnosis were rising year by year.Special activities such as emergency vaccination measures at the epidemic site and verification of enrollment in the past 10 years,and the search for missing detection and replanting vaccination had played an important role in eliminating measles.Conclusion The various measures of reinforce measles prevention and control for 10 years in Guangzhou had plaied important parts to reduce measles morbidity and accelerate the progress of eliminating measles.
