摘　　要：目前心理危机问题在大学生群体中广泛存在,且已经成为影响大学生身心健康成长的隐患。本文从解析大学生心理危机的含义入手,论述了目前大学生群体在面对危机时存在的主要问题并对其产生原因加以深入分析,最后提出大学生心理危机自我应对能力的提升路径。本文可以为大学生群体提高自身应对心理危机能力及高校教师更好地帮助学生处理同类问题提供借鉴与参考。At present,psychological crisis exists widely among college students and has become a hidden trouble that affects their physical and mental health growth.This paper starts from the analysis of the meaning of college students'psychological crisis,discusses the main problems existing in the current college students in the face of the crisis and analyzes its causes in depth,and finally puts forward the improvement path of college students'psychological crisis self-coping ability.This paper can provide reference for college students to improve their ability to deal with psychological crisis and college teachers to better help students deal with similar problems.
