电力企业安全监督体系依法履行精准监督的必要性

摘　　要：针对部分电力企业存在不同程度的安全生产管理问题,从电力企业安全保证体系与安全监督体系依法履责入手,进行了电力企业安全监督体系依法履行精准监督必要性论述,提出了在全面推行依法治国的大背景下,应清晰二者职责分工,依法履行精准监督解决安全生产管理问题。In view of the problems existing in the safety production management of some electric power enterprises to different degrees,this paper discusses the necessity of the safety supervision system of electric power enterprises to perform accurate supervision according to law,starting from the safety assurance system and safety supervision system of electric power enterprises to fulfill their responsibilities according to law.Under the background of comprehensively implementing the rule of law,it is proposed that the division of responsibilities between the two should be clear,and perform accurate supervision should be carried out to solve the problems of safe production management.
