吸湿排汗剂DM-3740G在涤纶织物上的应用

摘　　要：测定了经分散染料与吸湿排汗剂DM-3740G染色整理同浴加工后涤纶针织物的各项性能。结果表明:DM-3740G对滴水扩散时间、芯吸高度、水分蒸发速率影响较大,对变色及耐皂洗色牢度影响较小,涤纶织物的抗静电性能提高;当DM-3740G用量为1%时,涤纶织物的滴水扩散时间小于等于3 s,芯吸高度大于等于100 mm,且可耐30次洗涤;DM-3740G整理涤纶织物的耐洗性能比同类产品吸湿排汗剂A、B更突出。The properties of polyester knitted fabrics dyed with disperse dye and finished with moisture absorbing and perspiration releasing agent DM-3740G in one bath were tested.The results showed that DM-3740G had a significant influence on dripping spread time,wicking altitude and water evaporation rate,and had a little influence on discoloration and color fastness to soaping,the antistatic property of the polyester fabrics improved.When the amount of DM-3740G was 1%,the dripping spread time of the polyester fabrics was less than 3s,the wicking altitude was more than 100 mm,and could withstand 30 times of washing.The washing resistance of the polyester fabrics finished by DM-3740G was significantly better than that of moisture absorbing and perspiration releasing agents A and B.
