摘　　要：采用干法直接涂层工艺处理麂皮绒,底涂聚氨酯胶发泡涂层剂,面涂胶添加氨基改性聚有机硅氧烷。该工艺简单易行,提高了涂层面料的抗扭曲弯挠性能、弹性和柔软度,同时提高了耐摩擦色牢度、耐磨性、耐寒性,而且不影响其他指标。Suede was treated by dry direct coating process,polyurethane foam coating was applied at the bottom and amino modified polysiloxane was added to the surface.The process was simple and easy to operate,which improved the anti twist,flexibility and softness of the coated fabric,and improved the color fastness to rubbing,wear resistance and cold resistance,without affecting other indexes.
