摘　　要：探讨了太极石/棉色织面料的设计与生产。详细描述了织物规格、纱线排列的设计思路,介绍了络筒、整经、浆纱、织造工序的生产技术要点。经过工艺调整及优化,柔软亲肤、抗菌抑菌、促进人体微循环的太极石保健产品实现了量化生产,织造效率达95%,一等品率达96%。The design and production of Taiji stone/cotton yarn-dyed fabric were discussed.The design of the fabric specifications and yarn arrangement were described in detail,and the main production technical points of the spooling,warping,sizing and weaving processes were introduced.The Taiji stone health care products,which was soft,skin-friendly,antibacterial and could promote the microcirculation of human body,had realized the quantitative production after process adjustment and optimization.The weaving efficiency of Taiji health care products reached 95%and the first-class product rate reached 96%.
