摘　　要：传统弹力棉锦斜纹织物一般在溢流机缸中生产,布面不光洁,容易产生折皱印及皱印,缸差大,色光不稳定,生产效率不高。随着市场对面料品质及交货期要求的提高,将溢流染锦抛光和长车连续染棉工艺相结合,并筛选染化料,解决了布面毛、折皱印多及缸差大的缺点。同时结合现有设备摸索工艺条件,达到连续化生产的目的,大大提高了生产效率。The traditional elastic cotton/nylon twill fabricwas generally produced in the overflow machine cylinder,which was easy to cause the problems of unsmooth cloth surface,folding and creasing,cylinder difference big,color differenceunstableand production efficiency low.With the improvement of fabric quality and delivery requirements of the market,the disadvantages of cloth wool,more creases and big cylinder difference had been solved by combining the overflow dyeing brocade polishing and the long continuous dyeing cotton process,as well as the selection of dyeing materials.At the same time,the production efficiency had also been significantly improved through continuous production in combination with existing equipment and under the condition of constant exploration of the process.
