全棉高支高密纸感涂层超柔软手感面料的生产实践

摘　　要：全棉高支高密类面料是指纱支在40S以上,经纬密度总和在200以上的面料。采用二次烧毛、煮漂、生物酶抛光后再丝光,使面料光洁滑爽。面料在长车染色后先预缩控制经向缩水率,再进行纸感涂层,最后空气柔软洗,使手感既有纸感风格,又有松软和悬垂风格。The cotton fabric with high count and high density was referred to a kind of fabric whose yarn was over 40S and the sum of warp and weft density was over 200.It was mercerized after double singeing,scouring and bleaching,and biological enzyme polishing process to make the fabric smooth.The fabric was pre-shrunk to control the warp shrinkage after long car dyeing,and then coated with paper-feeling.Finally,air soft washing was used to make the hand feel not only paper-feeling style,but also soft and draping style.
