摘　　要：基于组织文化四因素理论,对于医院A机关组织文化建设的现状和实践探索进行全面的分析,并得出加强公立医院机关组织文化建设的建议,从而科学地、有针对性地推动医院组织文化建设。Based on the theory of four factors of organizational culture,the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the organizational culture construction of hospital A.The suggestions for strengthening the organizational culture construction were came up for promoting the construction of organizational culture of hospitals scientifically and pertinently.
